좌석점유율 전년대비 24% 상승해 11회 부천국제판타스틱영화제가 전체기간동안 하루 평균 58.37%의 좌석점유율을 기록했다. 지난 10회 부천영화제가 34.7%의 좌석점유율을 기록한 것에 비해 약 24% 상승한 수치. 집행위원장 퇴진문제로 파행을 겪었던 9회 영화제 이후 관객들의 호응이 회복되고 있는 것으로 보인다. 7월 18일 저녁 10시 기준으로 집계된 자료에 따르면 개막 다음 날이었던 14일은 44.6%로 가장 낮은 점유율을 나타냈으며, 휴일이었던 17일은 개막 이후 최고 좌석 점유율인 75.13%을 기록했다. 영화제 사무국 측은 "이러한 결과는 호러, 스릴러등 장르영화 마니아들의 호응과 주말 가족 관객들의 증가 덕분"이라고 밝혔다.
Puchon Celebrates Successful Ticket Sales This Year Over the ten-day-course of the 11th Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival, seats were 58.37% filled on average per day. Compared to last year's 34.7%, numbers have increased significantly. According to the record collected up until 10p.m. of the 18th, the seats were 44.6% filled on the the 14th, which was the day after the opening ceremony. This was the lowest percentage recorded. On the other hand, the 17th, which was a national holiday, had a 75.13% of seats completed. It was the highest percentage recorded in this year's festival. The Film Festival's Office stated that "a result like this comes from the response of 'genre manias,' such as horror and thriller film audiences. Also, the families that watched films on the weekend contributes to the outcome."

<꽃미남 연쇄 테러사건> 상영관 변경 7월 20일 오전 11시에 상영되는 <꽃미남 연쇄테러사건>의 상영장소가 부천시청 대강당으로 변경됐다. 영화제측은 주연을 맡은 슈퍼주니어의 참석으로 많은 관객이 몰릴 것을 우려해 이 같은 결정을 내렸다고 밝혔다. 이미 온라인 예매를 마친 좌석은 최대한 같은 자리로 배정될 예정이며, 세부적인 변경 사항은 18일부터 19일까지 이틀 간 개별적으로 공지된다. <꽃미남 연쇄테러사건>의 현장예매는 당일 오전 9시부터 가능하며 예매 부스는 추후 공지될 예정이다. 원활한 진행을 위해 현금 결제만 가능하다.
