Job Description

Summary:

- The Legal Coordinator supports the Global Project Team in negotiating and drafting deals for Kross Pictures’s international projects. The successful candidate will be exposed to all aspects of production legal, from deal request through signature and implementation.

Responsibilities:

-  Track and organize a high volume of English (and sometimes Korean) contracts and production materials.

-  Prepare, draft, and revise contracts for licensing, production, and sales purposes.

-  Participate in meetings with overseas third parties to negotiate deal terms.

Skills and Experience

Critical:

- Native-speaker level in English. At a minimum, able to write in English with no grammatical mistakes.

- Proficient in Korean.

- Detail-oriented and able to time-manage across multiple deadlines.

Desired:

- J.D. from an English-speaking law school (U.S., U.K., etc.)

- Demonstrated interest in the entertainment industry.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
