르네 랄루 & 롤랑 토포르의 <판타스틱 플래닛> [1]

이것은 토포르가 빠진 상황에서 만든 르네 랄루의 이후 장편들인 <타임마스터>(Les Maitres du temps, 1982)과 <간다라>(Gandahar, 1987)의 화면이 비록 뫼비우스와 필립 카자 같은 걸출한 만화 작가와의 작품이었을지라도 <판타스틱 플래닛>의 그것과 그는 자신과 같은 폴란드 출신인 로만 폴란스키 감독, 주연(이자벨 아자니와 함께)의 라이브액션영화 <하숙인>(Le Locataire, 1976)의 원작자이고, 앙리 조뇌 감독의 <후작>(Marquis, 1989)에서도 원작과 미술감독으로 크레딧에 올라 있다. 거대해진 달팽이들이 인간의 문명세계를 파괴한다는 아이디어에서 르네 랄루의 초기 단편인 <달팽이들>(Les Escargots, 1965)은 미야자키 하야오의 <바람계곡의 나우시카>(1984)보다 20년 정도 앞선 작품이었다.

로보트 태권V UNHCR 친선 사절 되다

로보트 태권브이가 32번째 생일을 맞아 UNCHR(유엔난민기구)의 친선사절로 임명됐다. 24일 부천 고려호텔에서 열린 '태권V 셀레브레이션 2008' 행사에서는 태권브이 친선사절 임명 협약식이 진행됐다. 2010년 완성될 로봇 태권브이의 실사영화를 제작하는 (주)로보트 이날 행사는 (주)로보트태권브이, 신씨네, UNHCR 한국대표부와 부천판타스틱영화제가 공동주최한 행사로 <로보트태권브이>의 김청기 감독과 실사 영화를 연출할 원신연 감독, 프로듀서 윌리엄 타이틀러 등이 함께했다.
